Remedial Therapist

Renee has always had a passion for health, fitness and general wellbeing. She has completed qualifications including her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness. She has a particular focus on Sports and Fitness, having been involved as a Sports Trainer at multiple clubs, most recently working with the Henley Football Club, tending to athlete’s specific needs.

Being a first-time mum, she also loves working with other mummas and mumma-to-bes!

Favourite food:
Can never go wrong with a classic spag bol.

Favourite café/restaurant:
Café Sia in Gawler is a really good feed!

Favourite way to stay active:
I try to get to the gym as often as possible, but always love getting out the sunshine and going for walks with my family. Chasing after my son is also a favourite for keeping the heart rate up!

Find something you enjoy, or exercise with a friend and challenge each other.

Movement Tip:
Add movement to your daily life; take the stairs over the elevator, park further from the door and walk, take ‘walk break’ instead of a coffee break.
