Matthew Heavyside, Director/Physiotherapist

Exercise Physiologist

Where some see exercise as a routine, Liana sees movement as a personalised journey, one that has the power to transform your health. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Scientist, Liana not only has a deep understanding of how the body works, she has a passion for making movement an uplifting part of daily life.

Liana has a zeal for helping cultivate a greater sense of well-being to those suffering from chronic illness, stress, injury and more. Her special interests shine in dealing with autoimmune conditions (including inflammatory bowel disease, endometriosis, rheumatoid arthritis and type 1 diabetes), publishing her first research paper in 2019.
