Elle is our new Remedial Massage Therapist here at Physio Smart, she has a passion for fitness and health. She loves that her job helps clients returning back to the things they enjoy and also supporting and preventing the body from injury.
A little more about Elle
Elle works with high level sporting clubs such as the Thunderbirds and NAFC. Elle has been exposed to a wide range of conditions and is continually developing her knowledge and skills working along side sport trainers, Physios, Doctors and other health care practitioners such as Osteopaths.
Elle isn’t just limited to sport, she also loves treating clients with Neural issues, with nerve impingements of the shoulders, Sciatic symptoms, bulging discs and headaches/migraine management. Elle’s technique is trigger point therapy based mixed in with soft and deep tissue work which she find achieves effective results for her clients.
