Anna Walsh


Anna brings a wealth of experience to our team. Anna graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2000 and has been working in private practice since then.

Anna has a particular interest in helping injured adolescents and children. She also loves using her 18 years’ experience in teaching Clinical Pilates based rehabilitation helping people to move better and achieve their goals.

She has worked closely with St Kilda Football Club and Amateur League football clubs in Victoria, gymnasts, classical ballet dancers and netballers. She has worked as the physiotherapist for the SA State Team in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.

Favourite food:
Fish of the Day. And I never say no to oysters.

Favourite café/restaurant:
I love all that South Australia has to offer. Particular faves are FermentAsian in Tanunda and The Lane Vineyard.

Favourite way to stay active:
Running and cycling. Pilates as a nice in-between to balance things out.

Consistency is key. Motivation helps too – and friends to join you!

Move every day in some way, shape or form. Just do it.
